As an organization dedicated to helping prepare our members to enter the professional environment, we are always looking for professional partners to help us reach our objectives. If you are interested in holding a meeting with us or helping sponsor a workshop to develop our students skills please contact either the President or Faculty Advisor at their emails.
Some of our professional partners include the Big 4, mid-market, and local firms as well as industry partners and professional organizations such as the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
One of our main tenants is have a high level of involvement in our community. We are always looking for new organizations to donate our time or services to. If you are interested in partnering with us to do a service project, we recommend you reach out to the Vice President of Chapter Activities as they coordinate all of our service events.
If you are interested in getting involved in our chapter we highly recommend you view our candidate handbook to go over the most recent requirements to join. As an honorary organization there is a GPA requirement that can be found in the handbook, as well as a substantial time commitment during your first semester when you are a candidate. You can speak to any of the members and you will find that the benefits of being a member far outweigh the cost of the time commitment. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to the Vice President of Membership.
As a candidate or member of Beta Alpha Psi – Epsilon Gamma Chapter you are entitled to all of the rights laid out in the candidate handbook. You can attend any event we hold and are able to vote at the end of semester as long as you are in good standing with the chapter. The benefits of Beta Alpha Psi include the opportunity to build a professional and social network, learn about the public accounting profession, and become more involved with the accounting school here at UCF. We hope to provide you a great number of opportunities and positively shape your time here at UCF.
